What it can help

  • Tennis / golfer's elbow
  • Achilles tendinopathy
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Patellar tendinopathy ('jumper's knee')
  • Mild-to-moderate knee OA
  • Rotator cuff partial tears

What it cannot fix

  • Complete tendon ruptures
  • Bone-on-bone arthritis
  • Active infection at the injection site

What to expect

The procedure takes 30 minutes. You may feel soreness for 2-3 days as healing begins. Most patients need 2-3 sessions, 4 weeks apart, with results visible at 6-12 weeks.
